On February 24th, we had the privilege of catering Gov. Martin O' Malley's annual Chinese new year party for the fourth year in a row. The governor and his wife's support are much appreciated, and we look forward to catering next year's party.

Dish of the Month - Tofu Roll with Pork and Shrimp

Ground pork combined with minced shrimp rolled in a thin tofu wrap. A small amount of carrots added to the mix for an extra crunch. Garnished with a savory sweet brown sauce and chopped scallions. If you've never had dim sum before and want a sample, this is a very commonly found item served out of carts at any good dim sum restaurant.
