Dish of the Month - Chinese Seaweed Salad

You might be familiar with Japanese seaweed salad, but what about Chinese-style seaweed salad? Is there a big difference? Absolutely. Japanese style seaweed salad is marinated in a sweet, vinegar sauce and sesame oil, while Chinese-style seaweed salad is tossed with salt, garlic and shredded carrots.
